One of contribution of lecturer in international level is toward publishing scientific paper in international journal. In order to create the publication, it needs to strengthen the postgraduate in domestic by applying transplant model/ internship to several international advisors in overseas (sandwich-like).Regarding to the problem and by the finishing of Socializing Program of Improving the Quality of International Publication which was held last December 2012, we convey the offer to join the program for the year of 2013 with the provision as follows:
