Proposal Admission of Community Service Program for Funding 2013 and 2014

We convey respectfully that Directorate of Research and Service the Community (Ditlitabmas), General Director (Ditjen) of Higher Education gives the opportunity to the proposer of state and private institutions to propose the proposal of  Hi-Link and KKN PPM for being funded in 2013 and proposed PPM Mono and Multy Years proposal which will be funded in 2014.

We need to convey that based on the provision in Guidance Book of the Implementation of Research and Service the Community IX Edition, the proposing proposal to the Directorate of Research and Service the Community is done online through SIM-LITABMAS at http://simlitabmas.dikti.go.id. Concerning with the matter, we ask you to inform the intended program to the proposer in your institution with the following terms:

1. The chief of LPM/LPPM is asked to send official email address of LPM/LPPM to simlitabmas@dikti.go.id with the subject “University email address” or Fax to (021) 5731846. Then, Ditlitabmas will send user and password of LPM/LPPM university operator to the email address. LPPM which previously has got user and password for research activity coan direclty use the user and password for registration process and uploading the proposal of community service.
2. Guidance Book for The Implementation of Research and Service the Community IX Edition 2013 and the Guidance for the operation of SIM-LITABMAS for LPM/LPPM operator can be downloaded at http://simlitabmas.dikti.go.id. While, the Guidance for KKN PPM can be seen at web Dikti, separated from IX edition.
3. Registration phase and proposal uploading online started from March 25 up to April 17 2013.
